Below are some training events that we currently host each week:
- Redlands Spine and Sport Wednesday evening run/walk – 6:15 pm from RSS (Olive across from the YMCA)
This run group welcomes beginner through advanced walkers and runners. Most weeks are about a 3.5 mile run, going through Prospect Park.
- Eureka Burger Sunday morning bike – 8 am from Eureka Burger in Redlands (Pearl and Eureka)
After meeting up, we ride together for a couple miles and then break into groups, letting each member ride at the pace they need. Groups go from 15 to 100+ miles at paces from 12 to 22 mph. Although many of us enjoy the bulk of this ride on our own, it is nice to have accoutability for the start, and know that others are out with you.
There are also a number of regular workouts organized by members:
- Tuesday morning run – 5:30am from Olive Market
- Friday morning run – 6am at REV High School Track
