It’s almost time to start back up the early morning track \ speed workouts. In the past we’ve done Friday morning 6am – 7am at the REV track. Anyone interest in joining me at that time or is there a better time for the group?

I'm interested, what about Thursday morning instead? I typically like to swim on Friday mornings.
I've gotten a few votes for Thursday morning so let's plan on group track workouts starting next Thursday at 5:45am REV High School Track.
I'll have a workout planned or you can do your own thing.
